INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING REPAIRS TO DECO BLADES

To ensure that your blades arrives securely and you receive an accurate quote, please follow these instructions.

• Please include the following information with the shipment’s paperwork:
  • Your company
  • Your contact person/department and their contact information (email, phone number)
  • Number of items sent for repair
  • PO (If available)

• Package the items securely:
  • Choose a sturdy shipment box.
  • Use plenty of cushioning materials so the items are not loose in the box.
  • Make sure the box seams are properly sealed closed and reinforced with strong shipping tape.

• After Deco receives the shipment, we will evaluate the work that needs to be performed and contact your company with a quote.
